Snowater Resort is comprised of 43 townhouses condominiums situated on the banks of the Nooksack River. Most units have river or mountain views that can be enjoyed from individual private decks. This is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit. All units have complete kitchen facilities, washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, Jen-air grill, CD player and propane fireplace. The units are supplied with coffee filters, dishwashing detergent, salt and pepper.

The Recreation at Snowater consists of two heated indoor pools with Jacuzzis and a sauna with a fitness room. Plus courts for Racquet Ball, Squash, Handball, Tennis, Basketball and Wally Ball. You will find a Toddler Playroom, outdoor play area and Picnic/Barbeque areas.
